Content Provider Agreement

                                                                                               CONTENT PROVIDER AGREEMENT(CREATORS/MODELS)

Effective Date: August 15, 2025

Thank you for choosing to become a performer on FlirtyPhoneChat.com. To comply with legal requirements and our payment processor, we require all performers to carefully read and agree to the following terms. By registering as a performer and submitting your content, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms. This agreement outlines the responsibilities and rules for all content providers using this platform.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

1. Consent to Use of Content

By joining as a performer, you grant FlirtyPhoneChat.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, transmit, and display your submitted content (“Content”), which includes but is not limited to:

  • Photos and images
  • Audio and voice recordings
  • Video recordings
  • Written descriptions, biographies, or other submitted material
  • All content is reviewed before going public. Any user can report content for review. The platform may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

This license allows us to publicly display your content on FlirtyPhoneChat.com and related services.


2. Public Display

You understand that once submitted, your Content may be viewed publicly worldwide by site visitors who purchased your content. FlirtyPhoneChat.com cannot control who views purchased Content once published and paid for.

Purchased Content will remain viewable in buyer’s account on Flirtyphonechat.com but cannot be downloaded directly from the platform.

3. Age Verification

  • You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (21 where required by law).
  • You agree to provide valid, government-issued identification upon request for age verification.
  • Submitting false identification or misrepresenting your age will result in immediate termination and possible reporting to relevant authorities.
  • You must verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in content to ensure they are legal adults.
  • You agree to maintain valid, government-issued identification for each person depicted and provide these records upon request if required by law or payment processor.

4. Ownership of Content

  • You confirm that you are the sole creator and owner of all Content you submit.
  • You agree not to upload or provide any Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or the rights of any third party.
  • You assume full responsibility for any legal claims arising from the Content you provide.
  • Consent to appear in the Content 
  • Consent to publicly display and distribute the content on FlirtyPhoneChat.com.

5. Compensation

  • Models may receive compensation in accordance with FlirtyPhoneChat’s published payout policies (e.g., tokens, call revenue, or other agreed-upon structures).
  • You acknowledge that this compensation is the full and complete payment for the use of your Content. No additional royalties or fees are owed beyond what is stated in payout policies.

6. Content Removal & Appeals

  • FlirtyPhoneChat.com reserves the right to remove Content at its discretion if it violates site policies, processor requirements, or applicable law.
  • Performer Appeals: If your Content is removed, you may file an appeal by contacting support@flirtyphonechat.com within 7 business days of removal.
  • Appeals will be reviewed fairly, and you will be notified of the decision (approval, reinstatement, or permanent removal) within 7 business days of submission.

7. Performer Conduct & Compliance

You agree to:

  • Comply with all performer guidelines, FlirtyPhoneChat.com policies, and applicable laws.
  • Avoid submitting any prohibited material, including but not limited to: underage content, bestiality, non-consensual acts, or content involving illegal activities.
  • Understand that violations may result in immediate termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
  • You understand that failure to maintain proper consent and age records for all persons depicted may lead to immediate suspension or permanent removal of Content, and reporting to relevant authorities if required by law.

8. Release of Liability

By participating, you release FlirtyPhoneChat.com, its owners, affiliates, and agents from any liability, damages, or claims arising from the lawful use and public display of your Content.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the acknowledgment box during registration and continuing as a performer, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Performer Content Release & Acknowledgment.
  • You voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
  • You understand your Content may be publicly displayed and used as described above.

10. Malicious Activities​

 Harassment, fraud, impersonation, or malicious behavior are strictly prohibited and can lead to account termination.
